SMS messaging
QCall offers optional SMS status updates. By opting in within your account settings, you consent to receive recurring transactional text messages. Message frequency varies by account activity, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Privacy
Your use of QCall is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not share or sell your personal data or phone numbers to third parties for marketing.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and software associated with QCall and newcorelab.com are owned by Clear Tech Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Tech Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
